Here is the letter indicating El Paso's intent to withdraw the
Muskego application.
Once we get confirmation that the PSC has closed the docket,
the proposal will be officially dead.

Dear Lynda:
El Paso Merchant Energy ("EPME") has elected to cancel all development activities pertaining
to the Muskego Energy Center effective immediately. The inability to secure long-term power
purchase agreements from regional utilities has made further pursuit commercially untenable.
Please consider this letter notice of our official withdrawal from the ongoing CPCN process.
Please proceed with all steps necessary to rescind our application, docket number 05-Ce-127.
Also please calculate any final amounts due the Commission from El Paso.
